'In this video tutorial I show how you can train with the Bullworker at home, similar to the butterfly pectoral machine in the gym. Flying chest exercises are performed either with dumbbells, on the cable tower or on the butterfly machine. I have discovered that the Bullworker Bow Classic can be used to effectively perform a butterfly exercise in the home gym. In the video I show 3 exercise variations of the flying chest exercise (standing, lying and kneeling) with one or two bullworkers. These exercises work the large chest muscle (pectoralis major muscle) and the front part of the shoulder muscles (deltoideus pars clavicularis muscle). Thus, the bullworker is not just an isometric training device, it can also be used to imitate pressure and pull exercises on machines in the fitness club.'
